Description:
Through collection sheet system allows us to make payment on the date prior to
the last payment date
Here is the scenario where the bug comes up.
Current Date: 15 Jan
Last Meeting Date: 1 Jan (where the payment is not made, for the installment
falling on this day)
Last Payment Date: 10 Jan (where the partial payment of the overdue installment
is made),
When we open Collection Sheet on 15 Jan, the date there is defaulted to 1 Jan.
And it allows the payment on 1 Jan, though there is a payment on 10 Jan exist.
