MPESA plugin allows payments with future date.
Repro:
1. Set transaction order for loan product in properties file.
2. Start Mifos.
3. Click on 'Import transactions' link.
4. Select xls file with payments configured with future date.
5. Click 'Review' button.
Expected result:
An error message should appear: 'Row <#> error - <ReceiptID> - Date of
transaction cannot be a future date'
Actual result:
There are no errors related to that transaction and import can be successfully
continued.
