MPESA plugin allows to import transaction with 'Paid In' amount = 0. After
import in 'View all account activity' this transaction is visible with amount =
0.0 This situation should be disallowed and error message should be thrown.
Repro:
1. Start Mifos.
2. Click on 'Import transactions' link.
3. Select xls file with zero payment.
4. Click 'Review' button.
Expected result:
An error message should appear and user should not be able to continue import
of this payment.
Actual result:
There are no errors related to that transaction and import can be successfully
continued. After import, transaction with zero amount is visible in 'View all
account activity' section with zero amounts. See attached screenshot.
