This message "Disbursal failed. This loan may have been disbursed elsewhere."
is displayed only for loan products with installments 'By Loan Cycle' or 'By
Last Loan Amount' and I verified that without any product mix defined in Mifos.
I've created new issue for error message which is inappropriate MIFOS-4630
