Unable to set Client weekly meetings using 'Edit meeting schedule / Add Group'

It is impossible to set weekly mettings using 'Edit meeting schedule / Add
Group' link on Client details page.
Repro steps:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Clients & Accounts' tab.
3. Click on 'Create new Client' link.
4. On the next page click on 'Click here to continue if Group membership is not
required for your Client.'
5. Fill in all necessary data and click 'Continue'.
6. On the next page, don't specify meeting schedule.
7. Click 'Submit' button.
8. Go to Client details page and click on 'Edit meeting schedule / Add Group'
link.
9. Select 'Frequency of meetings': "week(s) on"; 'Recur every "4" week(s) on
"Tuesday"'; 'Location of meeting': "home".
10. Click 'Save' button.
Expected result:
On Client details page, there should be the following message: 'Meeting: Recur
every 4 Week(s) on Tuesday'.
Actual result:
On Client details page, there is a wrong message: 'Meeting: Recur on day 3 of
every 4 month(s)' and when you click on 'Edit meeting schedule / Add Group'
link, then you will see that schedule has been changed from weeks to months and
it is impossible to revert that change.
