* Only show "Can configure variable installments" checkbox for interest rate
types this can be applied to
* Rename "Compare with Cash Flow" to "Compare with Client's Monthly Cash Flow"
* This checkbox should also only be available if Can configure variable
installments is checked
* Any fields that are mandatory if those checkboxes are checked should have the
red asterisk
* Change "Indebtedness Ratio" to "Maximum Allowed Debt Ratio"
Confirm if Repayment Capacity and Debt Ratio are specific formulas to the MFI
or if they're standard.
