Issue MIFOS-4370, "Batch Job thread holds connection (HibernateSession) even
after completion, resulting in timeout of connection" blocks cloud customers
from being on RDS environment.
We want cloud customers on RDS, so requesting the fix be added to the E release
branch as part of 2.0.1.
