Followed this tutorial to implement JSR-303 constraint validator for Money:

Everything work except LocalizationConverter lives in appdomain module which
makes it invisible to userInterface module. Also, I'm not sure where to put the
new constraint classes. Should it be in the userInterface module, common,
appdomain or ...?
