After 2.0 upgrade - Fees not displayed when creating loans

This is for Light MF. Their testing instance got upgraded to Mifos 2.0. Their
production instance is on 1.6.1.
In 1.6.1, when creating a loan, the fees was getting listed in both the Account
preview page as well as the Review Instalments page. In 2.0, the fees is not
getting listed in both these pages.

I do not see such a change listed in the release notes for 2.0.
Is this a change in feature in 2.0 or is it a bug?
