Changing User status to 'Inactive' is causing logout

There are some issues connected to changing user status fro 'Active' to
'Inactive'.
Repro:
1. Go to 'Admin' tab.
2. Click on 'View system users' link.
3. Search and select any active user.
4. On user details page, click on 'Edit user information' link.
5. Change user status from 'Active' to 'Inactive'.
6. Enter password and confirm password.
7. Click 'Preview' button and on the next page 'Submit' button.
Expected result:
Mifos returns to User details page.
Actual result:
User is logged out.
Additional information:
In spite of logging out, changes are saved and user has 'Inactive' status.
