Lukasz, can you confirm that this behavior is only occurring when 0.0 is due?
And when there is an amount due, you are able to proceed?
e.g. test server: http://ci.mifos.org:8120/mifos
try applying payment for clients:
Surabhi Choubey # null00000000487 - should be able to proceed.
Client - Mary Asanti - should be behavior you noted above.
Can you confirm this is the scenario you're seeing. if so, we should make this
an enhancement to grey the button when it's no amount is going to be paid.
