View accounting exports - archive or condense lists of older reports

New View accounting exports page displays one row for each day. Pagination is
provided (including improvement MIFOS-4592). Once that standard pagination is
added, the number of results will continue to grow. Will this be a performance
issue to load this page after 1 or 2 years worth of rows are available?
Suggest we provide some sort of organization or archiving of old rows.
