Create an 'Edit Cash flow' button on review screen while creating a loan.
On the click of this button, the user is directed to the cash flow screen with
the cash flow data loaded as entered by the user.
Place this button right below the Edit Account Information button on preview
loan account information page.
However it is expected that if the user clicks on Edit Account Information and
then proceeds to the cash flow screen, the values entered by the user will be
lost.
