In 'Due vs Collected by Branch' and 'Due vs Collected by Loan Officer' reports
(in Excel format) the last page/sheet with 'Grand Total' doesn't have green
lines at the top of page/sheet just like in other pages/sheets.
Also in 'Due vs Collected by Loan Officer' report, the date of printed on is
not in the same line as 'Printed by'.
