fix ViewOriginalLoanScheduleTest test failures

tests started failing -

when applying a charge, getting error:
'...Applying this charge is currently not supported since it would require
recalculating the loan schedule after payments have been made...'
Suspect it's due to loans that are previously used to test paying installments.
Need to re-enable loading of test data or instead create new loans on the fly
and try to run test with unique data to avoid this error.
