When I click on the "view branches" link below I want to see all the branches
where Disbursal is due today and haven't been completed yet.
The details I want to see are
Branch name <clickable>, Expected (Rs), Disbursed (Rs), % Disbursed.
This information is automatically sorted in descending order of %disbursed.
