Description:
As a Mifos user I want to see a list of all the centers that have pending
collection against them for today
Acceptance criteria:
When I click on the <LOname> link in the LO details page, I will see a similar
page which contains center information.
The rows are sorted in descending order of %collected.

Acceptance criteria:
When I click on the <branchname> link in the Branch details page, I will see a
similar page which contains LO information.
The <LO name> will be a clickable link so that I can further drill down to the
center.
The rows are sorted in descending order of %collected.
