Due to MIFOS-4768, DOC must also clarify that min. Jetty 7.3.0+ instead of
earlier version must be used.
The doc may wish to state something re. the Eclipse.org vs. the Hightide
distribution; we are testing with the Eclipse distribution (workspace &
acceptance tests), and this one should thus may be the recommended one.
