After using MPESA for disbursing second loan account which is based on the same
loan product (with installments by loan cycle) as the first loan account, an
error page with stack trace appears. See attached file.
Repro:
1. Create loan product with installments by loan cycle.
2. Select any client and create two loan accounts using loan product created
above.
3. Disburse one loan account.
4. Prepare MPESA xls file with loan disbursement for second loan account.
5. Go to 'Admin' tab, click on 'Import transactions' link and select previously
prepared file.
6. Click 'Submit' button.
Expected result:
It is impossible to continue because client can't have at the same time two
disbursed accounts based on the same loan product and dependent on previous
loan cycle. Validation message should appear (the same as in the issue
MIFOS-4630).
Actual result:
An error page with stack trace appears.
