Repro:
A client meets weekly on Fridays. Today is Tuesday.
Apply a recurring fee of 37, and also a one-time fee of 10.
Amount due is correctly updated to 47.
Try to apply a payment of 48.
Expected:
Error message displayed - Payment cannot be more than Amount due.
Actual:
Red dot but no error message
