LSIM : Loan account creation page has numbers instead of names

When Application is started and LSIM is enabled then WeekDay.getName() remains
empty causing the list of the weekdays on loan creation page to be 1,2,3..7
instead of names.
If "View Organization Settings" page is visited then loan creation page gets
back the name correctly.
see WeekDay#setName
The workaround will be to fill the WeekDay names as it was filled at view
organization settings.
In long term we would want this issue to be fixed MIFOS-4783
