I'm reopening issue because report is not displaying active group loans and
also active loans created for clients in groups without center hierachy.
This issue is related also to the following reports:
- Active Loans by Loan Purpose
- Active Loans by Loan Officer
- Active Loans in their Last Installment
Group loans are also not displayed in the following reports:
- Active Loan Summary per Branch
- Closed Loans Summary per Branch
- Active Loans by Center
