If the tests pass on f-release then thats fine, I assume they are still not
passing on g-release? if not i'll need help on this from deepak/thoughtworks
who worked in the area around variable installments etc, MIFOS-4657, involved
getting code around creation of schedules into some half sane state but theres
more to go, because we are also working on re-implementing loan creation
UI/flow I would like to get to the bottom of these tests in g release.
so in short, we need to get them passing in g-release of head master, i was
unable to find out what was wrong with them
