Not sure what the Fix Version should be... I just resolved this yesterday, but
twn is currently on the f-release branch, so any translations of Mifos on twn
right now will be part of the F release.
I gave this one point to cover time spent working with twn. This is a one-off
chunk of work for i18n on twn... future maintenance should be low-overhead.
