Status in account table does not get modified while closing centers or groups

When the groups or centers are closed from the front end of mifos, the status
of these groups or centers are modified in the customer table but not in the
account table. As a consequence of this, when you try to make a loan officer
inactive from the front end, it gives an alert message saying there are active
accounts under the loan officer (which is not the case as all of them have been
closed).
