Sorry Ed, I don't know.
We do have full backups of plone on cloudboss (latest is from 13-OCT-2010), but
I don't know how to actually set up plone nor get at the users or data from the
backups.
It would probably take a plone expert a short time to get out what you need,
but it would take me a while to learn how to do it.
