During Client creation, on 'Enter personal information' page, validation
message for the 'Poverty Status' field is incorrect. When this field is
mandatory and you leave it empty and click 'Submit' button then the following
message appears: "Please specify value for .", but should be: "Please specify
Poverty Status."
