After editing first User information it is impossible to edit information of
the second, different User without logout

There is an issue related to editing User information.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos and go to 'Admin' tab.
2. Click on 'View system users' link, search for any existing User and select
one.
3. Click on 'Edit user information' link.
4. Change any values e.g. enter 'Second Last Name'.
5. Submit changes.
6. Go again to list of users and select another User.
Expected result:
Details page appears for selected User and it is possible to edit user
information.
Actual result:
Details page appears but for the first edited User and it is possible to edit
only information of the first edited user. To edit second user information you
should log out and log in.
