Description:
As a Mifos developer, I want to have the Disburse Loan flow converted to
SpringMVC/Freemarker so the code is easier to maintain (fix bugs, add features).
h2. Acceptance Criteria
No bugs in Disburse Loan flow, and no regressions in this area
All details listed on this flow are accurate - with appropriate fees, meeting
schedule, client, etc
Loan is properly disbursed
h2. Other Criteria
* Use date picker now for Disbursal date
* Date defaults to disbursal date for loan
* Amounts are displayed for Disbursal and Payment details but grayed out -
unable to edit
* Mode of Payment dropdown lists only modes of payment allowed for this type of
transaction
* Receipt Date can also be a date picker
* same fields with red asterisks
* Next page is the same, lists what's been entered
* Mode of Payment currently doesn't display non-Latin characters correctly,
