The icelandic test server, http://ci.mifos.org:8100/mifos, only shows
translated strings on ftl pages.
repro:
1. login to http://ci.mifos.org:8100/mifos
2. on home page, note strings appear as:
"Search by name, system ID, phone number or account number: "
expected:
"@@@Search by name, system ID, phone number or account number:^^^"
