As noted in issue MIFOS-4551, MySQL 5.5 may possibly improve Mifos performance.
This task will is to simply run the same performance tests we run to date on
our performance test lab,
http://ec2-184-73-8-37.compute-1.amazonaws.com:8080/hudson/, with MySQL 5.5 and
compare the results to current MySQL (v5.1) performance.
