Resolution: Fixed
That button is translatable, as are all the buttons on customizedTextView.ftl.
The message key is {{widget.form.buttonLabel.add}}, defined in
widget_messages.properties.
But the messages are not pseudo-localized. I filed MIFOS-4956 to track this
separate issue.
