I am able to repro this.
On the demo server, running 2.1.0, look at loan account number 000100000000986.
First repayment day is only 1 week after disbursal.
On the 2.0.3 server, http://ci.mifos.org:8116/mifos = look at loan account
number 000100000000078 . First repayment day is 2 weeks after disbursal date.
