Loan Fees are not being added to Group Loan account when GLIM is on

Currently, when GLIM is enabled, the fees attached during the Group Loan
account creation, are visible during the creation flow, but after clicking
'Submit' buton, they disappear and are not visible on Loan details page.
REPRO:
Enable GLIM in database.
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Click on 'Create New Loan' link.
3. Select a Loan product that has some fees attached.
4. Fill all necessary information and select additional fees (periodic).
5. Click on 'Submit for Approval' button.
6. Click on a 'View loan details' link.
EXPECTED:
Fees are visible on Loan details page.
ACTUAL:
Fees are not visible on Loan details page.
