I've tried to reproduce that bug once again using your comment and finally I
was able to reproduce it.
The problem was, that I was checking behavior in the database and there,
account_payment, account_trxn and loan_schedule tables were updated correctly.
But after verifying loan schedule in Mifos, I can see that bug.
So, I think that this bug is probably related to displying data in UI.
