Actually it is impossible to create monthly Loan account.
REPRO:
1. Enable GLIM in database and login to Mifos.
2. Create/use Loan product with monthly frequency.
3. Create Center with monthly meetings (e.g. on 3 day of every 1 month)
4. Create Group inside that Center.
5. On Group details page, click on 'Loan' link to start creating a new Loan
account.
Expected result:
Page with Loan product selection appears.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears.
See group #0032-000000257 on test server http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos/ and
try to create Loan account.
