Lukasz, can you have a look at this again using the bi-master folder rather
than 1.2 to see if it can be closed. It should be okay as the 'broken' bit was
a work in progress when 1.2 was initially taken (its going to be merged from
bi-master before release).
You'll see there isn't an 'Advance Payment' column any more because of changes
related to MIFOSBI-298
