Verified on 10.05.2011

> Key: MIFOS-1971

> Project: mifos
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Loan Account
> Environment: Platform: All, OS: All
> Reporter: aliyaw
> Assignee: mifosqa
> Priority: Major
> Fix For: Release G - Iteration 7, Release G
>
>
> REPRO (rev13100 and standard test data set)
> ===========================================
> 1. Login into Mifos and select 'redo loan'
> 2. Search for client "GROUPCLIENT NO_100"
> 3. Redo a "weekly declining balance loan for clients" loan type for this
> client
> 4. Try to enter the transaction date for the first payment as the same date
> as
> the disbursal date (early repayment for the first installment).
> 5. Select 'preview' and 'submit'
> OBSERVED:
> =========
> Error indicating invalid transaction date
> EXPECTED:
> =========
> User should be able to make repayments on the same day as the disbursal. This
> is a valid case in the regular loan account transaction path (e.g. apply
> payment
> immediately after disbursing on the same date).
> NOTES:
> ======
> I think this is a case we can fix post-v1.1. Spoke with GK and this might
> happen but not enough to warrant fixing asap. Hopefully this is the case with
> other customers also.
