Incorrect validation for 'Disbursal Date' on 'Enter Loan information' page

Actually, it is possible to enter any characters into 'Disbursal Date' field
and after clicking 'Continue' button, no validation message appears and
disbursal date is set to default date.
REPRO:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select any Client or Group.
4. Select any Loan product.
5. On 'Enter Loan information' page, set the following disbursal date:
"aa-bb-cccc" and click on 'Continue' button.
Expected result:
No validation message appears. 'Review installments' page appears with
disbursal date set to default date.
Actual result:
Validation message appears and it is impossible to continue without entering
appropriate disbursal date.
