select default or additional fees and when configuration has set number of
digits after decimal to zero, enter fee values with a decimal value e.g. 10.5,
10.1
Result
The user is allowed to step forward and create loan account.
Expected:
The user is present with validation messages informing why the fee amount is
not permitted (note: only for 'amount based fees', rate based fees are exempt
from this.
