When administrative fee has type '% Loan Amount+Interest' then
'Amount+Interest' is moved to the next line and placed out of the border line
area.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Clients & Accounts' tab and click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
3. Select any client and select Loan product with administrative fee of '% Loan
Amount+Interest' formula.
5. On 'Enter Loan information' page, check that 'Amount+Interest' is moved to
the next line and placed out of the border line area. (See attached screenshot)
