Van and I are still working on porting the fix for 2.0.x to 2.1.x.
WIP is on hudsonBuild-f-release-MIFOS-4953 branch in head. Currently trying to
figure out why even the first database hit (fetching currencies) fails on
startup. Integration tests also fail.
