Dates are not localizable in Repayment Schedule after creating new Loan or
after redoing Loan. In every locale dates are in English format instead of the
fact that during Loan cration or Redo Loan these dates were in the same format
as selected locale.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos in any locale different from English.
2. Go to ant Loan account details page and check 'Repayment Schedule'.
Expected result:
Dates are in the same format as selected locale.
Actual result:
Dates are in English format.
