Is now an incremental etl job (DataWarehouseIncrementalLoad.kjb) that handles
pre release G and post release G (where audit fields are added to schedules
tables... though only the db changes are needed not the app changes and the db
changes can be applied early in the release before G/2.2 release).
tests for pre and post G verified that the full and both versions of
incremental (run over several days) ended up with the exact same data (a
database compare was used to verify this)
