late dibursal scenario:
I created loan on 20th of june for disbursal on 23rd of june with installments
landing on 1st of month. first installment starts at 1st of july and is correct
at time of creation.
at time of disbursement,
disbursed on 2nd of july, first installment is set as 11 of july and all other
dates are on 11th of month which is wrong.
early disbursal scenario:
I created loan on 20th of june for disbursal on 23rd of june with installments

disbursed on 20th of june, first installment is set as 28 of june and all other
dates are on 28/29th of month which is wrong.
looks like it is mixing up details of customer meeting schedule and loan
product/loan meeting details.
