Stack trace in Redo Loan Disbursal

On master, if I go to Redo Loan and select the following
client - Ahmed Jawhari
loan product - Danona Car Finance
Disbursal Date - 4-22-2011
I get a stack trace (attached)
I randomly did this so this not be a valid redo but it seems that we should not
be showing a stack trace. Keith, can you take a look and see what's causing it?
