If Loan purpose is not selected during the GLIM loan creation or Redo loan,
then on Group Loan details page there are 'null' signs in 'Loan Purpose' column
but should be '-' signs.
Repro:
1. Enable GLIM in database.
2. Login to Mifos.
3. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
4. Select any group and loan product.
5. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, fill all necessary fields and
leave and don't select 'Loan Purpose'.
6. Click on Continue button, then Preview button and Submit.
7. Check table on Group Loan details page.
Expected result:
In 'Loan Purpose' column there are '-' signs.
Actual result:
In 'Loan Purpose' column there are 'null' signs. See attached screenshot.
