Updates Fees display in Loan Creation to be in a table format

Currently in G, the fees display more information but if there are multiple
fees, the information on each fee can be difficult to read. change the display
so that it is more of a table (invisible lines) but where the periodicity and
other info are in their own columns so the display is cleaner.
