There is no validation for number of digits after and before decimal for
Individual Amount field on 'Enter Loan account information' page, during the
GLIM loan account creation.
Repro:
1. Enable GLIM in database.
2. Login to Mifos.
3. Click on 'Create new Loan account' link.
4. Select any group and loan product.
5. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, fill all necessary fields, select
two Individual Clients and enter Loan amounts for them: 500.5555 and
50.555555555
6. Click on Continue button.
Expected result:
Validation message appears: "The Amount is invalid because the number of digits
after the decimal separator exceeds the allowed number 1".
Actual result:
Validation message doesn't appear and amounts are rounded.
