Page with Stack trace appears when 'Amount Paid' field is empty and 'Due date'
or 'Actual payment date' field is also empty during the Redo Loan.
Repro (can be reproduced on test server http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos) :
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Admin' tab and click on 'Redo Loan disbursal' link.
3. Select any client and select Loan product with Variable installments and
Cash Flow.
4. On 'Enter Loan account information' page, fill all necessary fields.
5. Click on 'Continue' button.
6. On 'Cash Flow' page, fill all necessary fields and click continue.
7. On 'Review installments' page remove amount from 'Amount Paid' field and
date from 'Due date' or 'Actual payment date' field and click on 'Validate' or
'Preview' button.
Expected result:
Validation messages appear.
